Thomas Rapatz

Thomas Rapatz joined PLM Lake and Land Management in 2020 and currently serves as Assistant Regional Manager of the Midwest Region from PLM’s Shakopee, Minnesota location. In this role, he supports regional operations, assists with staff and project coordination, and works with clients throughout the area to implement effective aquatic management programs.

Thomas completed vocational training in Natural Resource Technology, earning his Associate of Applied Science degree from Central Lakes College. He is a certified commercial pesticide applicator in both Minnesota and North Dakota and holds additional certifications including Kasco fountain repair training, an Aquatic Invasive Species certificate from the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources, and SePRO applicator training.

Outside of work, Thomas enjoys spending time with his spouse, reading, being with his dog, visiting local lakes, and exploring breweries.
