Hailey Birchmeier

Hailey Birchmeier joined PLM Lake & Land Management in 2024 as an Aquatic Assistant and has since advanced into the role of Operations Coordinator. She graduated from Grand Valley State University in 2023 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental and Sustainability Studies.

In her current role, Hailey supports daily operations by assisting managers, coordinating schedules, maintaining customer relations, managing inventory, updating permits, and preparing water quality reports. As a certified pesticide applicator, she also contributes to the implementation of effective lake management practices through organization, communication, and environmental stewardship.

Outside of work, Hailey enjoys spending time outdoors, hunting, gardening, and appreciating nature whenever she can.
