Eric Reed

Eric Reed joined PLM Lake and Land Management in 2014 at the Evart location while attending Aquinas College. After earning his bachelor’s degree, he continued his career with PLM and later relocated to the Alto office, where he focuses on lake management projects. As a Project Manager, Eric works directly with lake associations and property owners to implement effective, science-based aquatic programs.

Eric is a certified applicator with extensive field experience and applies best management practices across the waterbodies he manages. In the Alto office, he works alongside the regional management team on several initiatives advancing lake management practices, including phosphorus mitigation solutions.

Outside of work, Eric is a devoted husband and father who enjoys fishing, hunting, and spending time outdoors.
