Dusty Grabill joined PLM Lake and Land Management in 2002 while attending Grand Valley State University. He works from PLM’s Evart location, where he helps oversee northern office and shop operations, as well as pond and terrestrial management programs. In this role, Dusty supports a wide range of services, working with clients to implement effective management solutions.
Throughout his career with PLM, Dusty has gained experience across all areas of the company’s services, including lake and pond management, algae and weed control, aeration and fountain systems, harvesting, and terrestrial applications. His broad operational knowledge supports both field services and facility operations.
Dusty is certified in shoreline restoration through the Michigan Natural Shoreline Partnership and has worked on a variety of biological planting and invasive species control projects.
Outside of work, Dusty is devoted to his family and active in his community, coaching youth sports, serving as a leader in 4-H, and enjoying the outdoors.
