Drew Baker

Drew Baker joined PLM Lake and Land Management in 2013 and currently serves as Assistant Regional Manager of the Midwest Region from PLM’s Brainerd, Minnesota location. In this role, he manages individual landowner treatments, aquatic invasive species projects, pond programs, and fountain installation and maintenance throughout the region.

Drew earned his bachelor’s degree in Sustainable Systems Management, with a minor in Environmental Sciences, Policy, and Management, from the University of Minnesota–Twin Cities. His education supports his work in aquatic resource management and environmental stewardship.

He is a ProCertified ProcellaCOR Specialist, a Certified Kasco Repair Technician, and a licensed commercial herbicide applicator with Class A, F, and J certifications in Minnesota and North Dakota. Drew also holds Minnesota DOT certification and is trained through the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources Lake Service Provider Aquatic Invasive Species Program.

Outside of work, Drew enjoys spending time with his spouse, boating, traveling, and socializing with family and friends on the lakes.
