PLM Lake & Land Management Corp. (PLM) is Michigan’s leading lake and pond management company. We are currently seeking motivated, dependable individuals to join our Mechanical Harvesting team based out of our Evart location. Position Overview
This is a full-time seasonal position (5–7 months), beginning in April/May. Seasonal roles may extend up to 8–9 months depending on project needs and performance. Advancement opportunities are available for individuals who demonstrate leadership and administrative qualifications. Travel throughout Michigan is required.

Job Responsibilities
• Mechanical harvesting of aquatic vegetation on lakes across Michigan
• Operation of specialized harvesting equipment
• Daily equipment inspection and basic maintenance
• Accurate daily reporting and record keeping
• Customer communication and professional representation of PLM
• Safe trailering and transport of equipment
Qualifications & Requirements
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Valid Michigan driver’s license (must meet PLM’s Driver Qualification checklist)
• Ability to obtain a DOT medical card (company assisted)
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow direction
• Comfortable working outdoors in Michigan summer conditions
• Available Monday–Friday, approximately 6:00 am–6:00 pm
• Willing and able to travel overnight as needed
• Experience operating boats, trailers, or trucks is beneficial but not required
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred
