Position Overview

PLM Lake and Land Management is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to support both corporate and local office operations. This position plays a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting accounts receivable and accounts payable functions, managing administrative workflows, and ensuring effective coordination between multiple company locations.

This role requires a professional who can work independently, maintain strict confidentiality, manage recurring deadlines, and ensure financial and administrative accuracy. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-location service environment.

Key Responsibilities

This position is responsible for supporting the company’s accounts receivable and accounts payable processes, including processing customer payments, entering financial transactions into QuickBooks, verifying vendor invoices, and assisting with check runs. 

The role also manages incoming mail, scanning, electronic filing, and maintaining organized document management systems. Additional responsibilities include preparing administrative and financial reports and providing general administrative support to both corporate and local offices. 

Qualifications

3+ years’ administrative experience required, with accounting support experience preferred. Strong Microsoft Office skills, excellent organizational abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently are required. QuickBooks experience is strongly preferred.

Education Requirements

  • Required: High School Diploma or GED 
  • Preferred: Associate’s degree in business administration, Accounting, or related field
  • Bachelor’s Degree is a plus but not required

Compensation & Benefits

  • 32 hours to 40 per week, based on workload and projects
